A Faraway Haven #2
As I was making my way through a faraway haven trying to figure out which way to go... I felt a swaying motion of gentle flower beds touching my feet. I paused, and stooped down to feel them with my palms. They reminded me to take a deep breath and enjoy the moment. Suddenly, I hear the sound of gentle water streams helping me to calm my mind.
Life is all about figuring things out. Sometimes, we need to enforce a breakaway from our ongoing responsibilities. We must take a moment to slow down and feel the movement of the breath in our body, which helps provide clarity and a fresh perspective.Medium
